If your order is needed urgently, please text us at 407-498-6901 before you place an order.
We pack each biscuit with extra care and make sure nothing is broken when we ship.
But we can't guarantee that the courier will be handling our package with same amount of care. We are unable to refund or replace broken pieces. But if your entire package has been damaged including the package box, please kindly contact us with detailed info!
